These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the services provided by Creative 360 Pro. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. No Refunds and No Guarantees

• We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once services are initiated, they are non-refundable.
• No guarantee of results is provided. SEO success and other digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including prior work done by previous agencies, existing issues with your online presence, and competition. We cannot guarantee rankings or other specific business outcomes.
• If starting work from ground zero, results may take longer to manifest. We recommend a 6-month commitment to begin seeing tangible results, such as increased calls and better rankings.

2. 6-Month Contract Commitment

• All services are provided on a 6-month contract basis. You cannot cancel the contract or receive refunds before the completion of the 6-month term. The contract will auto-renew unless you notify us of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal period.
• Monthly payments are automatically charged throughout the contract duration. If the contract is canceled early, you will still be responsible for the remaining months of payment.
• If the services are interrupted by a third-party marketing agency or any other party, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued.

3. Document Signing and Record Keeping

• To ensure clarity and mutual agreement, you will be required to sign a service agreement electronically via DocuSign. We maintain records of all agreements and contracts for future reference and compliance purposes.
• By signing this agreement, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Creative 360 Pro does not tolerate chargebacks or payment disputes. If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately and pursue legal action if necessary to recover the funds.
• You agree to resolve any payment disputes directly with us before pursuing any chargeback or similar actions with your bank or credit provider.

5. No Liability for Results

• SEO and other digital marketing services take time to show results. Your results are contingent on many factors, including the history of your business, previous work done by other agencies, and external factors outside our control.
• Creative 360 Pro is not responsible for any specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue increases, as these depend on a variety of unpredictable and external factors.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to execute our services.
• If you engage a third-party service provider or agency during or after the service period, it will not affect your financial obligations or refund eligibility under this agreement.

7. Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and these Terms will remain in effect unless you terminate the contract as outlined.
• Creative 360 Pro reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you breach any of these Terms.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally accept these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you have signed the service agreement, agreeing to the cancellation and payment policies as specified.
