Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Once the website design or SEO services have started, the following policies apply:

• Website Design Services: The one-time website design fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, including after the first 24 hours of work. If work has already started, the client is fully responsible for payment, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the project’s progress.
• SEO Services: SEO is a time-intensive, long-term service. By engaging Creative 360 Pro for SEO services, clients understand and acknowledge that SEO requires 5-6 months to see meaningful results. SEO services are non-refundable once initiated. Due to the continuous work and strategic updates necessary to follow Google’s guidelines, SEO results cannot be guaranteed in 2-3 months. Creative 360 Pro cannot provide any guarantee of rankings in search engines within such a short period. No refunds will be issued, even if results are not immediately apparent.
• 6-Month Contract for SEO Services: All SEO services provided by Creative 360 Pro are part of a 6-month contract. Clients agree that they cannot cancel this contract before the 6-month period ends, as SEO requires sustained effort over time. The client agrees to remain committed to the full 6-month term.
• Auto-Charge: Clients acknowledge that the monthly payment for SEO services will be auto-charged to the client’s card for each month of the contract. These charges will continue until the 6-month term is complete, and no cancellations will be accepted before the contract’s completion.
• No Refund After Work Begins: Once work has started on SEO or website design services, clients agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Clients acknowledge that the time and resources dedicated to these services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Cancellation Through Third-Party Services:
If the client chooses to cancel services through a third-party marketing agency, another company, or any external party reaching out to the client, no refunds will be issued. Creative 360 Pro maintains a direct relationship with the client, and all cancellations must be processed according to the procedures outlined in this policy. If a third-party agency or company contacts the client with an offer to cancel services or take over the account, the client will not be entitled to any refunds. All payments made to Creative 360 Pro are final and will not be refunded, regardless of any third-party intervention.

Termination for Cause:
Creative 360 Pro reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of the service agreement, including failure to make payments, failure to provide necessary materials, or non-compliance with project requirements. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and no cancellation fees will apply. Any outstanding invoices for services rendered will remain due and payable.

Client Responsibility:

New Jersey Law Governing:
This cancellation policy and all disputes relating to services provided by Creative 360 Pro shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of this policy or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey. Clients agree to resolve any disputes in New Jersey and agree that New Jersey law will apply, ensuring that our business is protected from unwarranted chargebacks.
