Cancellation Procedures
To cancel services, clients must submit a written notice to Creative 360 Pro, including the following details:
Client’s name
Project details
Reason for cancellation
Effective date of cancellation
Cancellation notices must be sent via email to sales@creative360pro.com or by phone at 973-563-1729.
If work has already commenced, the terms regarding non-refundable fees and cancellation charges, as outlined below, will apply. Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate materials necessary to advance the project. Any delay or failure to provide such materials may result in project delays or additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Website Design Services
The one-time website design fee is non-refundable once work has begun. This includes the first 24 hours of the project.
This fee covers customized design, development, and resources allocated to the client’s project.
Clients are fully responsible for payment regardless of the project’s completion status. No refunds will be issued.
SEO Services
SEO is a long-term, time-intensive service. Clients acknowledge that meaningful results typically require 5-6 months to materialize.
SEO services are non-refundable once initiated.
Creative 360 Pro makes no guarantees regarding rankings or other immediate results within 2-3 months due to the dynamic nature of SEO and industry competition.
6-Month Contract Commitment
SEO services are provided under a mandatory 6-month contract. Clients cannot cancel before the end of this term.
This commitment is essential to achieving sustained and measurable progress.
Monthly payments for SEO services will be automatically charged to the client’s card throughout the contract term.
Early cancellation is not permitted, and clients will be responsible for fulfilling payment obligations for the remainder of the contract.
No Refund After Work Commences
Once work has begun on any service, no refunds will be provided. Clients agree that time, resources, and expertise invested in their project are non-refundable.
Third-Party Cancellations
Creative 360 Pro does not recognize cancellations made through third-party marketing agencies or external entities.
All cancellations must be processed directly with Creative 360 Pro, following the procedures outlined in this policy.
Payments made to Creative 360 Pro are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances involving third-party intervention.
Termination for Cause
Creative 360 Pro reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of the service agreement, including but not limited to:
Non-payment of invoices
Failure to provide required materials or information
Violation of project requirements
In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Any outstanding invoices will remain due and payable in full.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging Creative 360 Pro, clients agree to the following:
Understanding the Terms: Clients acknowledge the non-refundable nature of website design and SEO services.
Timely Communication: Clients must provide all necessary assets, information, and approvals promptly to ensure the project proceeds as scheduled. Delays may result in additional charges.
No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after services have commenced. Any chargeback may result in immediate service termination, and Creative 360 Pro reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover fees and damages.
Governing Law
This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from this policy or services provided will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey. Clients agree that New Jersey law applies to all transactions and service agreements with Creative 360 Pro.
Modification of Services
If clients request modifications to the scope of services after the project has started, additional fees and time adjustments may apply. Creative 360 Pro will communicate such changes to the client, who agrees to cover any associated costs.
Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
Creative 360 Pro reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
